Les Howard attended Jamestown Community College at Olean, N.Y., in art and photography. He earned a diploma at New York Institute of Professional photography and Winona International School of the Profitable Business of Stock Photography, Mt. Prospect Ill. Mr. Howard also has landscaping and Master Locksmithing diplomas. He currently lives in Jamestown, New York.
