Viewing  from south end of basement ,looking north at back side of elevator shaft blocked up to top of shaft .  Bank of New York  in the back ground  in filtered frosted lens on my camera  .  I, might  add my own invention of  this type of lens  .  This  is a double exposure of my expression view of the steel progress thus far in  the erected steel  skelaton erection  of  , One Blue Bird Square .
