Second floor looking West on dads porch thru scaffold at trash dumpsters & new parking lot . New bus lane black top ed and new concrete curbing to
the back of photo and to the east side of Niagara Mohawk building starting at , South First street & exiting on West Lauren street . Also ,see the white vinke parked on north side of parking lot . Seems that snow is on the ground . Must be in the winter months .
