South basement temporary entrance form 3/4″ x 4′ x . 8′ plywood sheeting . This part of the process in building this type of form . This form includes outside plywood . Inside of outside plywood rea-bar running in a hash tag erection inside tied to the rea-bar that is running vertical in the middle of the footer below wall . Next the inside of this form is more plywood sheeting & oiled on the inside of form Then 2″ x 4 “s are added in a vertical fashion from top to bottom ,then braced both from inside & outside of basement form . Then steel rods run from inside to outside of form and clips are used on outside to hold the snap ties in place of said form . The oil mentioned above is used on the inside of both sides , when the oil is used on the inside of forms and when the wall is poured with concrete , the oil helps on the plywood so the cement won’t stick to said plywood . The oil is not sprayed on the rea-bar,because one wants the concrete to stick to the rea-bar . Tie wire is used to tie the rea-bar together ! this type of wire does not break easy when twisted in all directions. But is cut with iron workers pliers
